I was recently commissioned by PR company Spotty Dog Communications to cover the re-opening of the Miller & Carter Steakhouse in Lancing after a recent refurbishment. The brief was to photograph the general manager, team and the ceremonial ribbon-cutting by local councillor Ann Bridges as well as photographing the newly refurbished interior and bar.
