A couple of weeks ago I received a call from The Mission To Seafarers asking if I could photograph the Reverend Colin Still in Brighton. Colin is currently appearing in the BBC2 programme The Cruise: A Life At Sea where he spent 3 months travelling the world on board the cruise ship Balmoral supporting the passengers and crew as ship Chaplain.
Fortunately, Colin lives just around the corner from me so it was a nice commute to work that day. Colin was great to work with and full of interesting facts about Brighton! I photographed him at his home and in his garden as well as on the beach but the photograph that was published in The Sunday Telegraph the following Sunday was that of Colin standing by the iconic turquoise railings of Brighton with the pier as the backdrop.
